Ok, forgive my ignorance. I searched online. Searched youtube and searched these forums. How on earth do you use the combat sheet!?!?

Basically the top row is where you can track the total amount of passive damage that has been inflicted on yourself and each opponent. So if you had inflicted bleed on all opponents then you would have -1 in each box.
Hope that makes some sense!
To be honest, most people probably just use a pad of paper and scrawl out their combats that way. But for larger and more complicated combats (which there are more of in Books 3 and 4) the combat sheet is available to help with tracking abilities and passives.
