Some monsters you fight early in Act 2 are probably easier than the legendary monsters in Act 1, and they’ll give you better equipment.

I play in the first book I skip 2 legendary Monsters from Act 1 I can't defeat them proceed to Act 2.... the giant is easy but the 2 others are hard ...

While you don’t have to, you should try them all. You can get some really cool stuff that will make you stronger for the next act. Even if you die, especially when fighting a legendary monster, you can try again later. Hopefully after getting some better equipment.
