I have updated the downloadable glossary for The Legion of Shadow, to now include the extra abilities that were missing and some of the later changes made to abilities (such as switching some from modifier to passives). Some of these changes won't really impact Legion - but were made in later books, when interactions between abilities became more significant.

I have the latest edition of LoS and I just checked for all of the errata you mention but they're not in my copy.

Have some of these errors been fixed in a re-print? My copy only seems to have the first error mentioned.

It's likely. You can go quite cross-eyed doing those spreadsheets, so easy to slip a wrong number into a wrong column. Also, some items might have had last minute changes during the editing process. I was hoping that perhaps the community may have taken that data and created something more interactive with it - and through that, make any necessary changes and edits as they arise.

Anyway, when I have a free moment, I'll make some of the changes I have spotted.

There are actually numerous mistakes in all the books' item sheet documents. I was going to go through and do a list of them all, but it felt pernickety of me to do that - since the sheets are such an amazing (and freely given!) resource.

This isn't an error in the book, but the .pdf Hero Builder for Legion of Shadow lists the Spindlesilk Cloak as being +1 Speed, +2 Armour.

Ah, I see your point - yes, poison mastery should really be a (mo) modifier rather than a (pa) passive, but no biggie in terms of game play.

possebly an errata for the assasins career deadly poisons (increas venom by 1 to 3)is modifier then later poison mastery (increas venom by another 1 to 4)is passive

Correct. The original self-published version of Legion had 782 entries. When Gollancz re-published Legion, the bonus content from the website was added in (Waldo's Wares, Waking the Dead, The Betrayed) to bring the number of entries to 939.

Thats the first edition that didn't come with the extra quests. All of that was added to the Gollancz versions. If you scroll down the downloads page all those extra pieces are there

My copy of Legion of Shadow which isnt the Gollancz version doesnt evem have an entry 791 or 861. The last entry is 782.
Is this correct?

No errata in the first edition. Actually, the shadow speed change would have been relevant to that edition also, but that is all.

The Legion of Shadow errata

As always, a few gremlins have crept into the works. The following errata relates to the new edition of The Legion of Shadow published by Gollancz.

Entry 449
The (requirement mage) text should be linked to the t-bone wand, not the ring of the marshes.

Entry 517
The reward item 'Ridgeback' should be labelled (left hand: shield)

Entry 791
Option text should read:

Will you:
Ask to see the special deals? 815
Ask to see the rare items? 803

Entry 671
The text should read:
Congratulations, hero! You have overcome the challenges set before you and have earned yourself the title, The Betrayer. Thanks to your efforts and decisions, you have helped save the kingdom of Valeron from the sinister Legion of Shadow!

Entry 861
The styraxian steed - the armour value of 16 is correct. (Ignore the reference later to armour 18.)

Also note the following ability corrections:

Shadow speed has been changed to a modifier (mo) ability and is no longer - incorrectly - a (sp) ability. The updated text, as taken from the new glossary is:

Shadow speed (mo): When rolling for your attack speed, all results of [1] can be changed to a [3].

Also, Black rain was incorrectly categorised as a passive ability. It is a combat ability, as fits the description.
